Expanded Learning
ELO-P and Prop 28

The California Department of Education has allocated billions of dollars to support Expanded Learning Opportunity Programs (ELO-P). This, along with Proposition 28, provides additional funding for arts and music education in all California  K–12 public schools, including charter schools, to fund after-school,  summer, and intersession enrichment art activities. School districts can use this funding to cover the entire cost of their programs. With our experience in managing these initiatives, we’re here to help your school meet ELO-P requirements and introduce visual art programs. Just fill out the form below to get in touch and set up a meeting with us.
